No problem! We’ll do our best to work around them, but please make sure your pet is leashed or contained in a separate area for our cleaner’s ease and safety.

We are a fully insured and bonded company and believe that your trust and security come first. We hire experienced and professional cleaners and run thorough nationwide detailed background and reference checks to vet them properly. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and hope to deliver an excellent cleaning that puts your mind at ease.

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and are layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

When you book with us a time slot is created specifically for each client. Time slots include not only the time of booking but the time it takes to clean your home. Charging a cancellation fee ensures we can compensate employees for their travel time and time they would’ve spent cleaning your home.

We collect payment details up front when you book your appointment, but your card will not be charged until after your cleaning is complete.

Our online booking system provides a rough price estimate based on the size of your home and the services you specify.  Upon arrival to your home, our house cleaner will confirm the full scope of services you requested and provide you with a final quote before cleaning. The final price may change from your online estimate depending on the current condition and specifics of your home.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time through your client portal. 


Cleaning services that are not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning will be charged $100.


If we are unable to access your home the day of the scheduled cleaning. This will be considered a lockout and $100 will be charged.

We hope your clean leaves you happy and stress free. If your expectations have not been met for some reason, please let us know. We’ll send a cleaner back to make it right. If you are still not happy with our service after the re-clean, we will offer a full refund.

Absolutely. Simply enter your promo code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your voucher balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any vouchers you have.


You can apply a voucher to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointments that are already completed.


Log into your portal at and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card. You can save, add, and change your payment information all through your personal client portal.

Definitely! We love going above and beyond. You can choose to add on more services when you book from our extras section without having to book a full deep cleaning. You can also make any final orders with your cleaner upon their arrival to your appointment. If there are any notable areas you want the cleaner to pay special attention to, be sure to let us know in advance.

Yes, of course. After you book for the first time, you can login and modify your bookings at any time through your client portal.

Simple! Just fill out some quick details about your home in our booking form and pick a date / time. You’ll then receive a confirmation of your appointment as well as login information to a personal client portal where you can manage your bookings.
