Standard Clean

Our standard cleans are meant for recurring or ongoing maintenance to keep your space feeling clean and fresh year round. They typically include:

  • Cleaning counter surfaces
  • Cleaning microwave
  • Cleaning sinks
  • Cleaning shower/ toilet/ mirror
  • General dusting 
  • Making beds
  • Taking out garbage or recycling
  • Tidying up spaces
  • Vacuuming / mopping floors


Deep Clean

Our deep cleans are meant for infrequent cleans or first time cleanings to get your home back into tip top shape. With these cleanings, we spend additional time and detail to get in the hard to reach places. In addition to the standard cleaning tasks, they also include:

  • Cleaning baseboards
  • Cleaning interior HVAC vents
  • Cleaning garbage bins
  • Cleaning window sills
  • Dusting decor
  • Removing light layer of soap scum / limescale
  • Vacuuming furniture
  • Vacuuming under furniture 


Move In / Out Clean

Our most thorough cleans to get your space in the best condition possible. These cleans are for those looking to get a professional finish to your home to make it welcome ready for you or the next resident; impress your new buyers or landlord. In addition to a deep cleaning, they also include:

  • Cleaning door frames
  • Cleaning inside cabinets
  • Cleaning inside vanities
  • Cleaning inside windows
  • Cleaning refrigerator (in / out)
  • Cleaning oven (in / out)
  • Spot cleaning walls
  • Wiping down doors / knobs


What We Do Not Clean

We hope to meet and surpass your expectations in cleaning. That said, there are some services we will not provide in our cleanings. If these items are present upon cleaner arrival, we will use our best discretion in determining whether to clean around them or leave the home entirely and cancel your appointment at no charge. If you have any questions in advance about the state of your home, feel free to send us an email with pictures of the area(s) in question.  Services we do not provide:

  • Human / animal waste cleanup
  • Cleanup of medical waste, hazardous materials, Illicit drugs, or other harmful substances
  • Hoarder or junk removal
  • Cleaning areas with pests, bugs, or other infestations
  • Cleaning exterior windows or surfaces
  • Chimney cleaning
  • Floor waxing
  • Remediation of fire, water, or mold damage
  • Pressure washing or power scrubbing
  • Snow / ice removal


Cancellation Policy

Cleaning services that are not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning will be charged $100.
If we are unable to access your home the day of the scheduled cleaning. This will be considered a lockout and $100 will be charged.


Why do we charge a cancellation fee?
-When you book with us a time slot is created specifically for each client. Time slots include not only the time of booking but the time it takes to clean your home. Charging a cancellation fee ensures we can compensate employees for their travel time and time they would’ve spent cleaning your home.
